2. PAYMENTS & MEMBERSHIPS All purchases and memberships must be paid in full or per agreed payment terms. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Membership pricing, services, and availability may vary and are subject to change at any time. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. PRODUCTS & SERVICES We offer wellness products, memberships, consultations, and educational content. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change and may not be error-free.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error. Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. 5. SHIPPING Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected. International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import restrictions. I'm Powered By Dr. Fitt is not responsible for orders rejected at customs. 6. HEALTH DISCLAIMER The products and content offered by I'm Powered By Dr. Fitt have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I'm Powered By Dr. Fitt and PYR Less Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

14. DISPUTES & ARBITRATION Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Texas. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action lawsuit.

15. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
