SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping I'm Powered By Dr. Fitt offers free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more shipped within the continental United States. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to shipping charges regardless of order total.

All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours on regular business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please allow 7–10 business days from ship date for delivery when selecting free standard shipping.

Expedited & Special Handling Overnight, expedited, and orders to AK, HI, or outside the continental U.S. may require special handling. Rates will vary and are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping I'm Powered By Dr. Fitt ships to select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, you may submit a request to: questions@impoweredhealth.com.

Important: Not all products sold on impoweredhealth.com are permitted entry into all countries. I'm Powered By Dr. Fitt is not responsible for orders rejected at customs. If an order is rejected and returned to us unopened and undamaged, a refund will be issued for the product cost less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly encourage you to review your country's import guidelines before placing an international order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival at the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
