RETURN POLICY

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns on most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or order number

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Opened personal care products
  • Opened dietary supplements

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Damaged product
  • Shipping error caused by our team

If the error was ours, we will also cover return shipping costs.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for return transit
  • 3–5 business days for processing
  • Additional bank processing time if applicable

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order once the return is approved

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 within the continental United States.

Additional shipping charges may apply for:

  • Hawaii
  • Expedited shipping options
  • Oversized or special-handling items

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Calculated at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed once the package is in transit with the carrier.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to select international destinations.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Taxes
  • Customs fees
  • Country-specific import restrictions

Not all duties are included in checkout shipping charges.

Please verify your country’s import regulations before placing an order.


Customs & International Restrictions

Some products may not be eligible for import into certain countries. We are not responsible for packages delayed, refused, or rejected by customs authorities.

If a package is returned due to customs refusal:

  • Product cost may be refunded
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply

Refunds are issued only after the returned package is received and inspected.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance filing a claim.
